• Cleaners do not move furniture over 20 lbs
• Step ladders only (no climbing higher)
• No baseboards or deep grime removal
• We do not hand-wash dishes, pots, or pans — but if you have a dishwasher that’s empty and ready, we’ll happily load it for you
